Transport of Explosives

According to the Law No. 126/1995 concerning the regime of explosive mateials.

The transfer or transport in the same vehicle of explosives together with other materials or goods that are incompatible, as well as the access in the vehicles of persons that are not dealing with the respective transfer or transport is forbidden.

Loading, transfer, transport, unloading, deposit and destroy of the explosive materials during night are also forbidden.

The transfer of the explosives is subject to an authorisation issued from the Romanian Police.
